Volleyball Scores
About This Site

This site has been created to display live scores for a number of volleyball events around Great Britain.  This site has been created in associated with Volleyball England to broadcast scores from national and international events on the internet.

The scores are generated using one of two software systems. For FIVB events the software used is Volleyball Information Systems (VIS). For CEV events the software used is DataVolley.  For national events not affiliated with either of these organisations the software used is either of these systems.

This site contains information on both pieces of software including statistics produced by both and the methods used to generate these statistics.  The site also contains a calendar of upcoming events at which the systems will be used.

Watch European League Games Live Online for Free

Can't wait for the next home European League games?  Then check out this weekends away matches Live on the internet via the website www.loala1.tv.  If your German is pretty bad then you need to sign up to the site before you can watch the games.  Signup is pretty harmless and means that they will send you an email to remind you what games are on the coming weekend.

This is also a great way to watch the home games if you can't travel to the event. 

 
Next Event

The next scheduled event will be the CEV European League 2009 that will take place on the following weekends:

  • 30th - 31st May 2009 - EIS Sheffield (GBR Women vs Turkey) - GBR Men playing friendly against Austrailia
  • 13th - 14th June 2009 - Meadowbank Sports Centre, Edinburgh (GBR Women vs Romania and GBR Men vs Croatia)
  • 27th - 28th June 2009 - Sportspark, University of East Anglia, Norwich (GBR Women vs France and GBR Men vs Turkey)
  • 11th - 12th July 2009 - Ponds Forge, Sheffield (GBR Men vs Spain)
